Teachers can explore different options and ideas for their content export their creations as PDF or HTML files, or embed them on their websites or blogs.

Tom’s Take: Gamma AI saves teachers plenty of time and effort in making slideshows by taking care of the formatting and design work for users. It’s quick and intuitive; teachers just need to start writing and Gamma will suggest a great layout, media, and style for their content. It produces content that is well organized and visually appealing.

Gamma works similar to Beautiful.ai, but Gamma is free. If cost weren’t an issue, I’d use Beautiful AI. Its layout and slides are more beautiful and it doesn’t repeat the same image on multiple slides like Gamma does. But Gamma does produce appealing slide decks and offers plenty of useful features. How long it remains free is an open question, but it’s a great option for slide deck generation.

With AI Presentation Maker, you can select from various design styles. After you’ve typed in your topic, and selected your tone, AI Presentation Maker will take you to WePik, Freepick’s online editor, where it will create slides for your presentation. You can edit the slides in various ways, including adding videos, icons, or illustrations. There is also an AI Writer to generate any text you need and a text-to-image tool to generate images from a prompt. Projects can be exported in multiple formats, including PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Tom’s Take: There is a lot for teachers to love about SlidesGo. There are thousands of educational templates that teachers can download and edit in PowerPoint or Google Slides. There is plenty of free educational content that is licensed to use with students of all ages. There is even a SlidesGo educational community and SlidesGo is extremely inexpensive as compared to other AI-infused slides generators.

The SlidesGo AI Presentation Maker is also comparable in features and design to other AI slideshow generators. There are plenty of tools to edit and enhance your slides and the AI Writer and Text-to-Image tools are great additions.

But you can’t download the AI Presentation Maker slideshows as a PowerPoint or Google Slides and that’s disappointing and inconvenient. And you’re limited to 5 downloads overall in SlidesGo, unless you’re willing to recruit other subscribers. But, overall, SlidesGo offers some of the most useful slidedeck templates you’ll find.

Features: SlidesAI is easy to install and the slideshows you add to Google Slides are editable. SlidesAI includes a specific Educational category and can provide you with relevant themes, photos, text, graphics, icons and more to match your topic and style. SlidesAI generates up to 10 slides based on your text input and its Magic Write AI features can help you find images, paraphrase sentences, and locate citations.

Interestingly, you don't need to create an account. You can simply run SlidesAI from a Google Slide Presentation and your account will be automatically created. SlidesAI is working an integration with Microsoft PowerPoint as well.

Tom’s Take: If you don’t use Google Slides to create slideshows, then you’re going to want to skip over this tool. But, if you do use Google Slides, then you should give Slides AI serious consideration. It will certainly save you much time and effort in creating slideshows. It has the ability to generate attractive slide presentations with appropriate images, text, and graphics in less than a minute. And since they are created in Google Slides, they are easily editable and shareable.

But you’re currently limited to 10 slides per slideshow, which is restrictive. And at nearly $12/month, the cost is fairly high considering there are far fewer features available than in SlidesGo and some other AI slideshow generators.

Features: Similar to SlidesAI, Plus AI is an Add On for Google Slides. Plus AI can also help you integrate your data sources, customize your design elements, and share your presentations online or offline. Use themes to customize the look and feel of your Plus-generated slides.

You can generate up to a 20-slide deck “outline” including text, graphics, and icons, but not photos. You can use the Edit with Plus AI option to choose to insert a different theme or layout, rewrite text or change its length or tone, and remix your design. Plus AL slides also include a “Plus Tip,” which offer a suggestion on how to improve that particular slide. Tom’s Take: If Plus AI included photos in its slides then it would be rated above SlidesAI. But it does not. And that’s a major disappointment, for if you want to include photos in your slide deck you’ll have to add them yourself. Yes, Plus AI does include graphics, icons, and illustrations in its slides, but if photos are important to conveying your message you’ll probably want to look elsewhere. That said, if you want a tool that can present data visually in various ways, such as charts, tables, and graphs, then you should consider Plus AI. With Plus AI you can include up to 20 slides in a slideshow — 10 more than SlidesAI — and it’s less expensive.

And if you want hundreds of beautiful templates to choose from, you'll find them here. It also has a fantastic stock image and icon library.One Beautiful AI’s benefits is Smart editing into the templates - adding elements of the template without having to spend time aligning or copy-paste graphics. You are limited to what you can put in a slide, which can be frustrating at times, but that’s Beautiful AI way to ensure you always have a great slide design.

Beautiful AI creates beautiful slides, offers a ton of features, and will save you lots of time tons of time creating slide decks as compared to using Google Slides or Powerpoint.
