How Do We Change? Promoting Conscientious and Collaborative Innovation

Providing educators with technology tools is important, but not as important as engaging educators in incorporating technology in thoughtful ways that empower all students.

We’ll examine change theory and explore how school leaders promote conscientious innovation among faculty within new learning environments. We’ll identify how innovative school leaders in several countries think beyond a device or a platform and redefine learning environments to promote conscientious innovation with new learning technologies. This session will help you develop and nurture a"culture of innovation”— an environment that encourages students to be active, immersed, and creative thinkers.
