Leading Innovation From Monday to Someday explores one of the core dichotomies in teacher growth. While innovation requires substantially reimagining curriculum, instructional practice and assessment (Someday), educators need stepping stones (Mondays), such as tasks, lessons, projects or units to build their knowledge, comfort, and confidence. Within this framework, educators can move towards the creation of innovative learning environments that provide our students with the best possible learning experiences.
